Oasis of Northwest Arkansas will host a roundtable discussion in 2023 on the topic of second chance employers in Northwest Arkansas.
The Second Chance Employer Program sponsored by Oasis of Northwest Arkansas is designed for women with a history of incarceration to assimilate back into the workforce.
